The Governors are seeking to appoint a creative, passionate and inspiring teacher to cover across school although deployment of the successful applicant will be confirmed depending on the needs of the school at the time. This might be to cover a full class or it could involve covering different classes. More information will be provided closer to the start date.  

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

  • strong subject knowledge, particularly in English and Maths;

  • the delivery of excellent teaching and learning; including remotely;

Casual Midday Assistant

The Governors are seeking to appoint a caring individual to join our team of midday assistants on a casual basis, supervising children from Reception through to Year 6 during the lunch break. Duties will involve supervising mealtime and indoor or outdoor play and games. This position could be appropriate for a student who is looking to gain some experience with working with children and / or leading playground games.  Previous experience not required; induction and training opportunities are available.  However, individuals should be able to display a caring, fair and common sense approach to children.  Cover is generally from 12.20 - 1.20 p.m. as and when required.
